This working group of LGBTQ+* professionals will provide a unique opportunity for educators to connect in a confidential, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere. The ultimate goal is to develop a network of LGBTQ+ educators which continues well beyond our three meetings.

This three-part hybrid series will provide practical tools, resources, templates, strategies, and mutual support for educators who are currently facilitating, or considering implementing, racial affinity groups. Participants will explore affinity group curriculum topics including scope and sequence, sample model structures and frameworks.

This ongoing program is designed to meet early childhood educators where they are on their journey to integrating anti-bias work into early childhood learning. The blended, ongoing format of the program strives to build community and create space for the reflective practices necessary when committing to this critical work.

Together we will create space for conversations about leveraging our roles and positionalities to advance equity in our school practices, procedures, and systems. Participants will tap into their foundational strengths and navigate their emotions as they tackle racial challenges and seek to center equity within learning services.

Led by two experienced leaders in Associate and Assistant Head roles, the CATDC Assistant/ Associate Heads group will build community for women-identified leaders as they navigate the challenges and opportunities that come with these varied senior leadership positions.

This ongoing program offers a small, confidential and welcoming environment designed to foster connections, learning, support and dialogue between Administrative Assistants working at independent schools.

In this 3-part workshop series , participants will review LGBTQ+ identities, learn how to develop an LGBTQ+ inclusive curriculum, train on how to prevent misgendering and address microaggressions, practice the use of gender-neutral/inclusive language, develop LGBTQ+ inclusive and equitable classroom and school policies and infrastructure, and engage in discussions around personal identity reflection.

We invite female-identifying humans in different seasons of their careers to come together to talk, reflect, tell stories, build skills, set goals, break bread, and share laughter. Ideally, we’ll build a cohort representing different career phases and offering sustained support into the future.

This 4-session program will help you and your school get grounded in all the facets of climate change: its global impact and local contexts; its relationship with justice, innovation, and governance, and more. With access to hands-on projects and a diverse set of guest speakers and organizations, you will come away not only empowered to take action and ameliorate climate anxiety, but also with a community of other practitioners working alongside you.

This 5-session program will help educators develop practical financial management skills necessary for leadership roles in K12 schools, both day schools and boarding schools. Moving beyond the theoretical and foundational principles of finance, we will ground our work together in the practical tools that educators and schools can use to understand trends, articulate current and potential economic challenges, and develop strategic and action-oriented approaches to sound financial management and financial sustainability.
