This 7-session program will focus on topics that offer opportunities to reflect on current strategies, engage in new practices, and cultivate a supportive learning community.

This working group of LGBTQ+* professionals will provide a unique opportunity for educators to connect in a confidential, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere. The ultimate goal is to develop a network of LGBTQ+ educators which continues well beyond our three meetings.

This three-part hybrid series will provide practical tools, resources, templates, strategies, and mutual support for educators who are currently facilitating, or considering implementing, racial affinity groups. Participants will explore affinity group curriculum topics including scope and sequence, sample model structures and frameworks.
