This year-long fellowship for experienced educators from Northern and Southern California supports the unique demands of independent school leaders—the only program of its kind in the state! Facilitated by two experienced, long-time Heads of School, the Leadership Fellows Program offers practical knowledge and skills about independent school leadership, as well as professional and personal support.

This day-long workshop supports educators looking to move to the next step in their leadership journeys. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their leadership paths, strengths, and experiences, taking stock of where they have been and where they aspire to go as educators and leaders.

This 3-day Summer Institute is transformative for anyone who leads groups of colleagues or students, especially teachers, administrators, and department chairs. Participants will gain new tools, tactics, and a personalized work plan containing strategies to improve their facilitation techniques.

The year-long program includes both in-person and online support for educators. It kicks-off with a 2 day intensive classroom experience before the school year begins. Participants will investigate the psychology of change and learn how to most effectively act as a catalyst for change within a complex organizational structure.
