Join us for this two-session series (April 21 and April 28) where we will apply theories of anti-bias education to the work we do everyday in our classrooms.

In this interactive, one-day workshop participants will learn practical strategies for facilitating courageous conversations, collaborate with other facilitators advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion work, and gain a visual toolset to support their facilitation practice.

This workshop is for self-identified white educators and will provide a chance to engage in a mindfulness-informed exploration of our white racial conditioning together in community.

This Intensive will provide opportunities to reflect on, discuss, and adapt approaches and practices that move schools in the direction of greater cultural competence in the policies and procedures that govern hiring, retention, and climate.

In this workshop, participants will explore strategies, gain new resources, and develop classroom activities and lessons to guide elementary students in learning age appropriate concepts.

This working group of LGBTQ+* professionals will provide a unique opportunity for educators to connect in a confidential, respectful, and relaxed atmosphere. The ultimate goal is to develop a network of LGBTQ+ educators which continues well beyond the four meetings.

This ongoing program was created to offer a much-needed opportunity for us to examine the ways that white supremacy and anti-black racism, in particular, live within and are expressed through each of us. This work will be done in the context of a professional learning community in which participants mutually invest in one another’s growth and stick with the process in the face of success and challenge.

Teaching While White is a 2-day intensive for white teachers and administrators who want to expand their strategies for increasing racial equity in schools. Participants will explore what it means to be “white” and why it matters.

This workshop provides a space for teachers, administrators, and staff to better understand the DEI landscape in K-12 schools and engage with case studies and research, share professional and personal experiences, and learn new skills. Increase your DEI knowledge and awareness, and develop a toolbox in order to better support the creation of the equitable and inclusive communities our students deserve.

In this day-long workshop participants will apply theories of anti-bias education to the work being done every day in their classrooms.

Participants will work together to explore the dynamic topic of gender and creating gender inclusive schools and will increase their individual capacity to help their classrooms and schools embrace a wide range of genders, gender identities, and expressions.
