ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

In this one-day intensive workshop, participants will explore the roles appreciation, growth, and evaluation play at their school sites, investigate the strengths and opportunities of these three topics, and revise/re-envision an AGE cycle that promotes meaningful professional learning and growth. Participants will engage in a combination of reflective activities, group discussions, readings, and resources to bring back to their schools.

This workshop is ideal for school leaders, particularly those who oversee growth and evaluation.
