ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP

In these times of uncertainty and change, anxiety and stress are normal. The goal of this online workshop is not to get rid of these emotions but to work with them gracefully and skillfully. In this interactive session, we will address some simple and specific strategies for remaining grounded in the presence of upheaval. There will be time set aside to address specific questions related to the challenges you are facing.

We encourage all administrators, staff and faculty from member schools to join us. This free workshop is only available to CATDC Member Schools.
