Led by experienced senior leaders in diverse roles, CATDC’s retreat for women in senior leadership positions will build community for women-identified leaders as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of varied positions. Facilitators will design a retreat that addresses the inherent complexity of senior leadership work and offers participants opportunities to share experiences, discuss their school’s dynamics, and provide one another with support.

This retreat is purposefully located in the Sierra Nevada Foothills on a beautifully appointed private property situated against natural forest, surrounded by an inspiring skyline. The intentional setting is meant to inspire an interruption to routines and patterns so we can be more available to think creatively about our school communities and the power of culture and counter-culture.
