Women in Leadership (San Francisco)

5th Annual Conference | 2015

Theme: Honoring Your Authentic Voice

Leading is a complicated challenge. We want to be respected and liked; visionary and detail-orientated; tough and compassionate. Yet the reality of our roles forces us to face complicated dilemmas and conflicting priorities that can challenge how genuinely we are able to lead. So the question we must ask ourselves is: How can I navigate the complexities of my role while leading with integrity?

During this one-day conference for independent school women, we will probe this question and  discover how our personal and professional journeys shape who we are. We will also explore how to harness the power of our stories and professional relationships in order to lead authentically.

Come be inspired again at our 5th annual gathering! This year’s agenda includes:

  •  Keynote by Erica Fox, Director of People Development at Google
  •  “In Conversation” Panel with Lucinda Lee Katz (Head of Marin Country Day School) and Virginia Paik (Head of Live Oak School)
  • Small group sessions, networking opportunities, and more!
